Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

Once a plan is activated, we cannot reverse:

  • Digital credit usage
  • Automated processes already executed
  • Completed downloads, conversions, or file operations

By purchasing a plan, the user acknowledges that all services are digitally delivered and cannot be undone once used.

When Refunds May Be Issued

A refund may be considered only in the following verified situations:

  • You were charged but your account was not activated
  • You were mistakenly billed multiple times
  • A major service outage lasting 30 days (720 hours) prevented any usage
  • Payment was processed but no services were delivered due to a system error

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be approved only after a thorough review.

Section 03Strict Policy

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect/invalid links or input provided by the user
  • Failure to understand features listed on the website
  • Files unavailable from external sources or API providers
  • Service usage by mistake or accidental purchase
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unmet personal expectations
  • Misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity
  • System restrictions caused by your device/network/browser
  • Partial usage of credits (refunds are not prorated)

If the service worked as intended at least once, a refund cannot be issued.

Billing, Renewals & Cancellations

  • Subscription plan will be rejected if submited wrong payment proof.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund previous payments
  • Credits or plan days already used cannot be refunded, even if partially used

Chargeback / Dispute Policy

Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting support first may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of credits
  • Restriction from future service usage

We always encourage resolving issues directly through support before filing disputes.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases involving:

  • Unusual download behavior
  • Excessive requests beyond normal use
  • Attempts to exploit, automate, or abuse the system
  • Sharing of accounts or unauthorized access

By using the service, you confirm that:

  • You receive digital results instantly or shortly after usage
  • Delivery is based on the input you provide
  • Successful delivery is counted once processing has started

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability of external websites, APIs, or third-party sources
  • Content removed or restricted by third-party platforms
  • Any loss of data due to user error
