File Handling & Service Guarantees

The handling, storage, and temporary availability of your files depend on your plan and the service used.

File Management Details:

  • Processed files for non-storage services are often automatically and immediately deleted for privacy.
  • Downloaded files remain available for 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.
  • Password protection for downloadable files is not available; files are delivered without encryption or password requirements.
  • Large files, unstable network links, or external outages may affect file availability.
  • The quality and success of results rely heavily on the availability of third-party sources.

We do not guarantee that every external file will always be available, process correctly, or be downloadable due to factors outside our control.

Third-Party Sources & Liability

Our Service relies on integrations with, and data from, external websites and APIs.

We Are Not Responsible For:

  • External files being removed or becoming unavailable from the original source.
  • Service outages or downtime experienced by third-party providers.

Your use of external websites or APIs through our Service is solely at your own risk. Please review their terms separately.

Payments and Subscription Terms

When purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms defined separately in our dedicated policies.

All payments are handled by secure, external third-party processors (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa). We store payment proof as a receipt for your records.

Subscription prices may be updated to reflect value, costs, or market conditions.

How Price Changes Affect You:

  • New prices apply only when your next billing cycle begins (monthly, yearly, etc.).
  • Your existing, active subscription is protected and will not be changed mid-cycle.
  • You will receive advance notification of any price increase before your renewal date.

No price changes will be applied retroactively to already-paid periods.

Refunds Overview

Due to the instant, digital nature of the services provided, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • A simple change of mind after purchase.
